Feels nice. If I could wake up earlier I’d start doing it in the morning, although I really prefer this time of day more.
My route just now was about 1.8 miles. Not strenuous obviously but enough to get me up and moving for 35 minutes. Next time I might make it longer by doing a different route, making it about 2.5 miles. We’ll see.
Especially considering that I usually eat everything in sight when I’m on my period haha. Under 1300 today so far, including dinner! All healthy too, except for that mayo. Yuck.

Lemon pepper cod-190 cals
Quinoa- ~150 calories
Spinach and cucumber- 50 cals? haha

Not as good as I thought it’d be. I always forget how much I don’t really care for vanilla chobani.
I keep getting so off track. And it’s been less than a week. Shhhhesh.
